    • Shipping methods may include standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, or other available options. The applicable shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process.

    • We currently offer shipping within the Continental United States. However, please note that some products may have specific shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons. If a product is not eligible for shipping to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.

    • Additionally, please ensure that you provide a valid and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

  4. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier before it becomes available for tracking.

  5. Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Refund or Exchange

Pedals purchased from dealers will be subject to the dealer’s terms and conditions for returns or exchanges. Please contact them directly. 


For pedals purchased from, the pedal must be in perfect condition (no scratches, Velcro, etc.) and in the original box. All returned or exchanged pedals are inspected and will be returned to the customer if they are found not to be in the condition outlined here. 


Within the first two weeks after delivery, if the customer wishes to return or exchange a pedal, a full refund will be given once the pedal has passed inspection. After the initial two weeks. the customer may return or exchange the pedal for a refund less a 15% restocking fee on the original cost of the pedal. There are no refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping.

Warranty & Repairs

AmpMojo pedals include a one-year parts and labor warranty.

You must contact our offices before you can return the pedal for repair. Please use the online contact form to do so.


We only repair pedals that have been made by AmpMojo. Repairs of pedals that fall outside our 1-year factory warranty will be charged.  A quote will be provided before repairs are made. There may be repair charges for pedals that have malfunctioned from user error within the warranty period.  


Please contact us through our online form to begin the process.  Once you receive a case number, please package the unit, include the case number worksheet, and return the unit to the address on the case number worksheet.
